Adults aged 18 and over may enjoy a drink on board during private hire bookings, depending on the vehicle and the booking. For school proms and any booking with under-18s, alcohol is never allowed, and chauffeurs may ask for ID. Drinking in public outside the vehicle is your own responsibility, and some city centres have alcohol-free zones.
If plans change on the day, speak to your chauffeur. Where the vehicle is free, extra time can usually be added and is charged at an agreed rate per hour or half hour. If the vehicle has another booking afterwards, we will always tell you the latest finish time in advance so you can plan around it.
A deposit secures your date and vehicle, and the balance is usually due before the day of travel. Cancellation terms depend on the type of booking and how close to the date you cancel. Our full terms are sent with every quote so you can read them before confirming.

For most weddings you need one car for the bride and often a second for the bridesmaids or family. Allow around 3 hours to cover the journey to the ceremony, time for photographs and the drive to the reception. Popular summer Saturdays are booked 6 to 12 months ahead.
Prom limos are usually booked for 1 to 2 hours, collecting students from one or more homes, stopping for photos, and arriving at the venue together. Parents should look for a strict no-alcohol policy, a named chauffeur and clear timings. Prom season (June and July) books up early, so reserve by early spring.
For hen and stag parties, choose a vehicle that fits everyone in one group, usually a 16 seater Hummer limo or party bus. Most bookings run for 3 to 4 hours, with drop-offs at bars or restaurants. Adults may enjoy drinks on board, but the chauffeur can end a booking for unsafe behaviour.
For airport transfers, book a vehicle with enough seats for everyone travelling. For arrivals, share your flight number so the pick-up time follows your actual landing. Plan to arrive at the airport 2 hours before short-haul and 3 hours before long-haul flights.

The price of limo hire in Yorkshire depends on the vehicle, the day and season, how many hours you need and the distance travelled. Saturdays in summer and prom season are the busiest times.
